Replacement.
If your Eclipse arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we'll replace it within 7 days of delivery. No general returns or change-of-mind refunds.
To claim a replacement, we need an unboxing video recorded in one continuous take, starting from the sealed parcel and ending with the camera powered on. Please film it before you open the box.

* Returns and exchanges are allowed for eligible cases at a flat Rs 349 reverse pickup charge, which covers the cost of shipping the product back to us. The customer bears this charge along with any associated processing fees.
